AI + agent access

Put an agent to work on the search.

Candidates can use an agent to watch for relevant roles. Employers can use one to prepare a sharper hiring brief. In both cases, the human stays in control of applications, personal information and decisions.

For candidates

Ask your agent to watch the jobs so you do not have to.

Copy the prompt below into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or another agent. Add your preferences, then let it bring back only the openings worth reviewing.

Check Decoding HR's Open Roles each weekday. Tell me only about positions matching:

• Titles or skills: [add yours]
• Location or remote preferences: [add yours]
• Minimum compensation: [add yours]
• Dealbreakers: [add yours]

For each match, summarize why it may fit and what I should ask. Do not apply, send my résumé or share personal information without asking me first.

A simple workflow

1. Find

The agent checks published Decoding HR job pages against the preferences you provide.

2. Review

It summarizes the match and questions to consider. You read the complete role before deciding.

3. Authorize

You approve any application and any résumé or personal information that is shared.

Keep my agent informed

Next-step updates can include your agent, with your permission.

The application path will include an optional agent contact. When enabled, Decoding HR can send that authorized agent the same milestones you receive, such as application received, next step requested or interview invited. You can remove that access at any time.

No universal agent inbox yet

The first version will use an authorized agent email. Later, compatible agents may use a secure notification address or check an application status endpoint. Only the minimum necessary status will be shared.

For employers

Your agent can help start a better hiring conversation.

Have it organize the role, location, timing, business context, compensation range and what success should look like. It may send an inquiry when you authorize it; Joey will respond to the human decision-maker within one business day.

A useful employer brief includes

  • Why the position matters now
  • Outcomes the person must own
  • Location and working arrangement
  • Compensation parameters
  • Timing, stakeholders and known constraints

The trust boundary

Helpful automation. Human authorization.

Agents may find information, organize a brief and assist with communication. They may not invent qualifications, apply without candidate approval, release personal information without permission, agree to commercial terms or represent an automated statement as Joey’s personal decision.

A useful agent makes the human’s intent clearer.

For a human or authorized agent, email inquiries@decoding-hr.com or use the contact form. Employer inquiries receive a response within one business day.
